1. About Our Services

Arinjay Business Systems is a B2B consultancy providing services including:

  • AI Visibility Audits;

  • Business-systems consulting;

  • Operations consulting;

  • Automation consulting;

  • Customer and CRM systems consulting; and

  • Related advisory and implementation services.

Our services are consulting and advisory services. They provide analysis, recommendations, frameworks, and practical guidance based on the information and circumstances available to us.

2. AI Visibility Audit

Our standard AI Visibility Audit is currently priced at ₹15,000.

The applicable fee may vary where the scope, complexity, size of the business, number of websites or locations, or other requirements are different. Where a different fee applies, the applicable price will be communicated to you before the engagement is confirmed.

The AI Visibility Audit may assess how a business, practice, brand, website, or service is represented, discovered, or referenced across selected AI systems and related digital sources.

The principal deliverable is an AI Visibility Audit report, together with relevant findings, analysis, and recommendations.

The exact scope and deliverables may vary depending on the engagement agreed with the client.

3. Payment

Payment for the AI Visibility Audit is generally collected in advance through Razorpay or another payment method agreed with us.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the AI Visibility Audit fee is non-refundable once the audit has been purchased or commissioned.

This is because the audit involves research, testing, analysis, processing of information, and preparation of a customised report.

Where the audit fee is different from ₹15,000, the applicable fee communicated to the client before purchase will apply.

4. Credit Toward Further Services

At our discretion, some or all of the amount paid for an AI Visibility Audit may be credited toward a subsequent implementation or consulting engagement.

Any such credit is discretionary and will be subject to the scope, pricing, and terms of the subsequent engagement.

An audit purchase does not create an obligation on either party to enter into a subsequent implementation engagement.

5. Cancellation and Refunds for Other Services

For consulting or implementation services other than the AI Visibility Audit, the cancellation terms may depend on the nature and stage of the engagement.

Unless different terms are agreed in writing:

  • Before work begins: You may request cancellation. We may refund amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs or expenses already incurred specifically for the engagement.

  • After work has begun: Cancellation will not automatically entitle you to a full refund. We may charge for work already completed, time committed, third-party costs, and other agreed expenses.

  • After a deliverable has been substantially completed or delivered: Fees relating to that completed work are generally non-refundable.

  • Project-specific arrangements: Where an engagement has a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work, or written agreement containing different cancellation or refund terms, those terms will apply.

To request cancellation, contact systems@arinjay.email.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and reasonably current information necessary for us to perform the agreed services.

You confirm that you have the authority to provide any information, website access, documents, business information, or other materials that you provide to us.

We are not responsible for conclusions or recommendations materially affected by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, processes, tools, know-how, systems, and pre-existing materials remain the intellectual property of Arinjay Business Systems.

Reports and other materials specifically prepared for a client may be used by that client for its own internal business purposes after the applicable fees have been fully paid.

The client may not resell, commercially redistribute, sublicense, or reproduce our proprietary reports, methodologies, templates, or materials for resale without our prior written permission.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment of the applicable fees gives the client the right to use the final deliverables for its own business purposes; it does not transfer ownership of our underlying methodologies or intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Platforms and AI Systems

Our services may involve analysis of information available through third-party AI systems, search engines, websites, software platforms, and other external services.

These third-party systems are outside our control and may change their functionality, algorithms, data, policies, outputs, or availability without notice.

1. Limitation of Liability: AI Visibility & Third-Party Systems

Arinjay Business Systems provides AI Visibility Audits and recommendations designed to help businesses understand and improve how they may be represented, discovered, or understood by AI systems and related digital platforms.

AI Visibility results depend partly on third-party systems, including platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI or search systems. These systems are outside our control.

Their models, algorithms, indexes, training data, retrieval systems, interfaces, policies, and outputs may change over time. Their responses may also vary between users, locations, queries, sessions, and different points in time.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee that any business will:

  • Appear in a particular AI system;

  • Be recommended by an AI system;

  • Be mentioned by an AI system;

  • Receive a particular AI Visibility score;

  • Rank at a particular position;

  • Appear in a particular search result;

  • Receive more leads, customers, enquiries, traffic, or revenue; or

  • Achieve any particular commercial outcome.

2. What Our Audit Does

Our objective is not to promise a particular AI ranking, recommendation, or commercial outcome.

We aim to:

  • Measure current visibility through relevant tests;

  • Identify gaps and opportunities;

  • Diagnose factors that may affect discoverability or representation;

  • Recommend improvements to factors within the client's reasonable control; and

  • Track changes over time where monitoring is included in the engagement.

The audit therefore provides an evidence-based and directional assessment rather than a guaranteed prediction of future AI or search behaviour.

3. Audit Findings Are Point-in-Time Findings

Audit findings are based on tests, observations, information, and third-party system behaviour available at the time the audit is conducted.

AI systems and search engines can change after an audit has been completed.

A result observed during an audit may therefore change later, even if the client makes no changes to its website or business.

Similarly, implementing our recommendations does not guarantee that a previously observed result will remain unchanged.

4. No Guaranteed Rankings or Recommendations

We do not control the algorithms, models, indexes, ranking systems, recommendation systems, or outputs of third-party AI systems or search engines.

Our services are intended to measure current visibility, diagnose gaps, improve factors within a client's control, and track changes.

They do not promise that a business will be recommended, ranked, cited, mentioned, or otherwise surfaced by a particular AI system or search engine.

Any statement concerning possible improvements, opportunities, visibility, discoverability, rankings, recommendations, or expected outcomes should be understood as professional analysis or recommendations, not a guarantee of future performance.

5. Third-Party Services

References to third-party platforms, companies, AI systems, search engines, software, or technologies are provided for informational and analytical purposes.

Arinjay Business Systems does not control those third parties and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, functionality, policies, outputs, or future behaviour.

6. No Legal, Financial or Other Regulated Professional Advice

Nothing on this website, and no general information contained in our reports, should be treated as:

  • Legal advice;

  • Financial or investment advice;

  • Medical advice;

  • Tax advice; or

  • Any other regulated professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions requiring legal, financial, medical, tax, or other specialist advice.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information.

However, we do not guarantee that every statement, example, analysis, recommendation, or piece of website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Clients should independently verify information that is material to an important business decision.

8. Client Responsibility

The client remains responsible for decisions made using our reports, recommendations, or consulting services.

Our recommendations should be considered alongside the client's own circumstances, objectives, resources, risk tolerance, professional advice, and business judgement.

9. No Promise of Commercial Results

We do not guarantee any specific increase in:

  • Website traffic;

  • Search rankings;

  • AI visibility;

  • AI recommendations;

  • Leads;

  • Enquiries;

  • Sales;

  • Revenue; or

  • Other commercial performance.

Results depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, website quality, implementation, third-party platforms, customer behaviour, and changes in AI and search systems.
